Weekly Updates

Hello BO-OK NERDS! Just wanted to say I’m back 🙂 It’s funny that I went on hiatus but I barely did any of my goals since I had absolutely no time. Also, my contract at Penguin Canada has now ended and I am now back to full-time freelancing once again. I learned loads about the business behind-the-scenes, and I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be able to work there. Hopefully I will still be the contact for the blog tours crosses fingers

On that note, here are all the books that I accumulated during my hiatus. You think I’d have enough books, but no I don’t because I end up buying them all. This is now my official notice to stop buying books until I make a dent in my TBR list 😛 That also goes to requesting books from publishers. I’ve also thought about stopping my book requests all together just so I’m not tied to so many deadlines and time frames. The amount of books one can get is insane, so I’m still on the fence about that one.

Also, make sure to stop by the monthly new release hop.. I’m giving away an  April 2013 New Release of your choice! As well as checking out my latest review of The 5th Wave where I’m also giving away a copy (INTL).

Until next time BO-OK NERDS! salutes

YAAAAYYYYY!!! So happy your back Giselle 🙂 Your book haul is amazing!! (I’ve missed them popping up in my Youtube feed!!). I’d say The Beautiful and the Cursed I’m most looking forward to… it sounds amazing and I love the cover. Shadowlands is SOOO good… it’s actually one of my favorites I’ve read this year, much more than I was expecting. I can’t wait to read Fragments & Unremembered too… hahaha… and the rest of them because there is just soo much awesomeness in your haul! Enjoy all your books and I’m looking forward to your posts again 🙂

While I loved Philippa Gregory’s early books on the Tudor era, I wasn’t real into her later books. The Kingmaker’s Daughter seemed to have pretty good reviews so may be time to check out her latest books.

I bought The Girl In The Steel Corset awhile ago and I still haven’t read it but I really need too. I’m so jealous of The Rising! I can’t wait to see how the trilogy ends. I read Requiem last week and I have to admit that in my opinion it was a great ending to the trilogy 🙂
