the-newbies-guide-to-book-blogging_part-2_the-resources

There are so many great resources out there, and I just had to find some great themes for you. From magazine style layouts, to a more conventional blog style, there’s something out there for everyone.

NOTE: I have so much other links to show. I just didn’t have time.

Themes

You can style and customize your own theme! With a little bit of editing and tweaking you can make it look the way you want to, yet there are also people who’ve done the work for you. If you do a Google search for “free blogger themes” thousands of results pop up. There are instructions on how to install it and if you go through the steps, you won’t have a problem.

You are a life saver, Giselle! Thanks for putting such a great post together. I will be referring back to these many many times (along with the book releases page). 🙂

Is there a way to add fonts into your blog so they automatically show up in every post you write?
I see so many pretty fonts, or do the ppl reading your posts have to have that font installed to see it?

I really appreciate you taking your time to make all these helpful posts! 🙂 There’s so much that I don’t know about blog design, so I’m really thankful for the amount of information you put into them.

I have three resource suggestions you can add! 🙂

http://www.w3schools.com/ – An EXCELLENT resource for HTML, CSS, and even more languages! It’s great for learning coding languages, it has extensive references (like tag lists, HTML entities/symbols lists, etc.).

http://validator.w3.org/ – For validating your HTML to make sure it has no errors!

http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ – Same as above, but for validating CSS.
