Book Haul: Stacking the Shelves #28 – The Hiatus Edition

stacking the shelves

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks. Join the meme at Tynga’s Reviews.

For the week of November 4th-18th, 2012

 Hey Book Nerds!!

A two week recap of all the posts are listed below. Make sure to drop by and comment! I love reading your comments and feedback <3

Two week Updates

My hiatus started last Saturday, and I have to tell you it’s really quite refreshing to be able to just read and not worry about the next blog post that you need to do the following day. I used to be so ahead. About two months ahead, and then it just caught up with me. I highly recommend for any blogger to take a hiatus. It’s definitely needed.

My books started piling up, and since I didn’t do a haul last week, I have more books then I would have normally. I also went to the Libba Bray signing that Indigo hosted last week, and it was just sooo much fun. I even got to meet some fellow bloggers again. That recap will be up by Sunday. (I hope!)

Until next week Book Nerds! Salutes

So many great books! I swear everyone but me got Days of Blood and Starlight last week lol. I want it so bad but it’s so expensive! I think I’m going to have to cave and buy it though because I’m dying to read it. I have Starling from the library right now, and I love Lesley Livingston’s Wondrous Strange trilogy. I hope you enjoy all your new books!

It is so hard to look at the pictures because I am so jealous of your bookshelves! I can’t help but try to read the titles of the books that are behind what you are trying to show :P. Everything looks fantastic!

    Happy reading!

    Awesome books!

I just finished reading Daughter of Smoke and Bone and Days of Blood and Starlight, they are amazing!! It’s the only angel books I’ve found so far that I like 🙂 But waiting is going to be killer!

Also, how the heck do you stay caught up in reading books! You get so many each week!! I know this is two weeks worth, but holy.

I hope you enjoy them all!

    Have a great week!

WHATTT It’s about angels? Oh man how did I not know this? I like the theme of angels, but yes I agree they don’t have great books lol

Ummm I’m SUPER behind in my to-review pile..And I buy a lot. I feel the need to collect books..and then I’m screwed trying to get my TBR pile down. I did manage to make a dent in my pile before, but then I got slammed with review books lol

I’m a huge Libba Bray fan as well, though I think my favorite Libab Bray book is Beauty Queens. 🙂 I can’t wait for The Diviners because I know that it’s going to be just amazing. I’ve read Awaken by Katie Kacvinsky and I highly recommend it. It is my favorite dystopian book, right next to Struck and The Selection. I hope you enjoy all of your books this week and thanks for sharing. 🙂
